Options Available for Pins
All pin types have several options which can be added at a minimum cost. To further enhance your pin you may choose various plating styles, add a serial number to make your pin more unique, or add a precious or semi precious gem stone. There are also many different attachments that can be used to fasten your pin. Remember your pin is your very own custom manufactured product and only you will have the final say in how you wish your pin to be produced.

Depending on the style of pin you order there are a choice of attachments that are available for various applications.
Butterfly Clutch
This is the standard attachment that comes with all pins. Just squeeze the two brass wings and the pin post slides into the retaining chamber. Release the wings and the clasp securely locks onto the pin post.

Flat Head Tie Tack
This design is used when you want a very secure locking devise for your pin. The spring loaded body will only release the pin once you have pulled up on the flat head release button.

Low Profile Tie Tack
This attachment is the same as the flat head except it is not as tall, and is used on lighter collars and lighter material.

Military Screw Post and Flat Nut
If you require a permanent attachment use this fastener. A brass threaded flat nut screws into a threaded post thus locking the pin between the garment and the flat nut.

Safety Pin Locking Device
This is another form of attachment that uses a safety pin clasp that fits into a locking capture unit. The lock will only release the safety pin after the holder is rotated.

Hat Pin with Locking Band
This style is a hat pin design has a locking lug that attaches to the end of the pin, securely holding the pin into place while at the same time covering the sharp end of the pin.

Tie Bar
This sturdy, easy release tie bar clip will accommodate any style pin. A spring release clamp securely locks unto the persons tie. Clasp is 55mm long.

This attachment will hold your beautiful pin and will show it off perfectly when you attach the cuff link into any French cuffed shirt.

Serialization
Making each pin unique is a sure way to have your pins become a collectors item. One of the best ways to do this is to individualize each pin with its own serial number. This identifies to the collector how many have been produced as well as which pin they have in their collection. (eg 1/200, 2/200, etc.)
Including serialization increases the value of your pin and creates a limited edition pin.

Gemstones
Semi-Precious or Precious gem stones can be added to a pin recognizing an individual's accomplishments within the framework of their company or organization.
Examples:
Add a green stone or Emerald to your existing pin to signify five years of service or special service to a specific committee.
Add a red stone or Ruby to your existing pin to signify 10 years of service or to recognize service as a chairperson.
Add a blue stone or Sapphire for 15 years of service or to recognize a person serving as vise president.
Add a clear stone or Diamond for 25 years of service or to recognize a person serving as president.
Add one stone for 5 years and two for 10 years etc.

Hinged Clearview Pin Box with Lining
This 28 x 28 x 20 mm clearview box comes with a clear top and black bottom. A handy hinged lid makes opening and closing the box a breeze. A black background lining shows off your pin perfectly. A larger version is also available, measuring 42 x 42 x 18mm

Snap Lid Velvet Closure Box
These snap lid boxes are jewelry store quality and are velvet and satin lined. Your special pins are locked onto the inner display card that will show them off when the lid is opened. Available in black or blue velvet.
